This helped us reduce the wheelbase and also increase the ride height by 2 inches. We swapped the original front suspension with an Endurance USD fork set with custom made springs and a change of oil to suit our weight. Since the original motorcycle, the RE Himalayan, was very bulky and not very balanced, we decided to get rid of most of the original components along with the complete rear subframe.
